KINGDOM GUIDES – SHIPPING POLICY

DIGITAL PRODUCT (PDF)
Digital guides are delivered instantly via email/download link immediately after payment is confirmed. No physical shipping is involved and no shipping fee applies to digital-only orders.

PRINTED BOOK (Physical Product)
Our printed books are produced on demand and fulfilled through our print partner, Lulu Direct.

Shipping regions and rates:
- United Kingdom: Free standard shipping, estimated delivery 5–8 business days.
- European Union: Free standard international shipping, estimated delivery 5–8 business days.
- Rest of world: Standard international shipping, £5.00, estimated delivery 5–8 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays, natural disasters, and carrier restrictions may occasionally delay an order. International shipments outside the UK/EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, or arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged, please contact us at contact@kingdomguides.uk within 30 days of the shipment date, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
