KINGDOM GUIDES – TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of www.kingdomguides.uk and any purchase made through this website, operated by KG Global Commerce Ltd ("Kingdom Guides", "we", "us"), registered in England and Wales under company number 17266029, registered address 8 Barnstock, Peterborough, PE3 8EH, England.

1. PRODUCTS
We sell educational guides in two formats: printed books (physical, produced on demand and shipped) and digital guides (PDF, delivered by instant download). Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible; minor variations may occur.

2. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
By placing an order, you confirm the information provided is accurate. All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at checkout and include any taxes required by law. Payment is processed securely through our checkout provider at the time of order.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content within our guides — text, structure, illustrations and design — is the property of Kingdom Guides and protected by copyright law. Purchase of a guide grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for personal reference. Reproduction, resale, or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

4. DIGITAL DELIVERY
Digital products are delivered electronically. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have access to a valid email and adequate device/software to open the file (standard PDF reader).

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our guides are intended for general educational and preparedness information purposes. While we strive for accuracy and cite verifiable sources, Kingdom Guides is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use or misuse of the information contained in our guides. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
